Six Month Well Baby Visit

We ventured out to the pediatrician this morning. Henry is six months old this week. Here are the stats:

Height - 27 1/4 inches (80th percentile)
Weight - 18 lbs 14 ounces (75th percentile)
Head - 18 inches (90th percentile)

He is growing and developing well! He is sitting up for short periods unsupported. He had both middle bottom teeth in already. While on his belly he is scooting a bit, pushing up with his arms and starting to get the idea of what crawling might be like. He rolls like a champ and is well on his way when it comes to eating solid foods. He digs carrots, peas and sweet potatoes but so far doesn't care for fruit like apples, pears or bananas. I think the grainy texture of the pears is yucky to him. Oh, well, his mom is a veggie eater and he will be, too :)

We've been attending the baby story time and puppet show every week at the St. Anthony Park library. He LOVES it. He really likes watching the older children and will wiggle his arms and legs very excitedly as drool runs down his chin as seen in this picture.
